Differences between Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha
Vidhan Sabha or the Legislative Assembly is the lower house or the sole place of the state governing body. The upper house in the seven states with a bicameral governing body is known as the Legislative Council, or Vidhan Parishad. They are Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh. The individuals from a Vidhan Sabha are chosen by the overall population through the state races. They are known as MLAs or Members of Legislative Assembly.
Lok Sabha is the Lower place of the Parliament of India. It is otherwise called the House of People as its individuals are straightforwardly chosen by the overall population through the general decisions. They are known as Lok Sabha MPs.
